Fried Rice Roti ( Poricha Patiri ) 

Patiri mavu bakiundagil undakam

Ingredients- 

For roti

2 cups rice flour
water
salt

For Masala

Shallot
Curry leaves
1 tsp Green chili
Aniseed
Coconut scraped

Method-

Boil water add salt mix well add rice flour mix till became dough, then add masala knead by hand make small disc, then fry in hot oil.
